The 4x4 hoop people can make the cake fork and teaspoon pouch for high tea, in the hoop, The 5x7 hoop people can make both the tea pouch and the cutlery pouch and the 5x7 hoop cutlery pouch is the same size as the 6x10 hoop file - the back panel is now just split in two, but it still fit a fork, knife and spoon.
